Good morning and I hope you had a wonderful week of celebrations with Christmas followed by New Year’s!!! We had a BEAUTIFUL first day of January yesterday with temps in the high 50’s and sunny blue skies. A perfect day for football! I was MIA this past week and a half celebrating Christmas with our kids – both in person and by facetime – and spending time with our granddaughters. They love to craft, cook, play games, read books, and watch movies and we did plenty of all of those things. Now it’s time to move forward and I’m starting the week with the Regency Park Suite from the new upcoming mini catalog!!
Pairing Petal Park With Awashed In Beauty DSP!
The Regency Park DSP is pretty but with all of the blues I was looking for something with shades of pink and green only – nothing too busy. The DSP Awashed In Beauty has a couple of patterns that fit the bill so my color combo came straight from the DSP – Merry Merlot, Blushing Bride, Granny Apple Green, and Mossy Meadow. Pair the DSP and the color combo with a fun fold card and you come up with a pretty yet fairly simple card to use for multiple occasions!

Final Thoughts:
There is something about the New Year I always look forward to – not that Christmas is finished and the trees are put away, because mine are apt to be up another week or so. But it’s the chance to start fresh! I look forward to clearing out closets, cabinets, and decluttering. Is that weird, or do you also look forward to decluttering and getting everything in order???? Being the OCD I will start a calendar list room by room and work my way through one or two projects a day until it’s all finished and when early spring hits I can move outside and do the same with garden beds and landscaping. What things about the New Year do you look forward to?? Until next time, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!!!!

I declutter my house twice a year. In December and June. Everyone already knows that if they don’t use it in a month it will be donated. I like to start with the kitchen, then the closets and finally the garage. So when I get to the garage all the other boxes are already there.😉

Good for you Patricia!!! I’ve still 2 Chirstmas trees to come down then my decluttering will continue. It’s like a breath of fresh air after you get rid of “stuff” isn’t it?
