Morning friends!!! We had a good day yesterday from the start to the finish! We started the day having breakfast with Megan and the granddaughters, sent them on their way to school, then next stop was meeting up with Kim Dent from Stamping With Kim Dent and Emily Kimmey at EMK Designs for a couple of hours stamping. I’ll be sharing cards from each of these gals while we are in Destin, so be watching!
After a quick bite for lunch we had an easy, uneventful drive and after dinner, we were in our hotel ready for the NFL Draft. I’m kind of glad it will be over this weekend because since the Super Bowl, all they had to focus on was mock draft boards for 32 teams – that changed weekly! Different analyst, different mock draft board.

Stampin’ Up! revealed the two new kits coming in May and I’m actually excited about BOTH of them. I love these beautiful cards that are perfect for birthday, graduation, and Mother’s Day as well. I’ve yet to order them, but there is a fun bundle coming with the new catalog that is all about balloons, and large balloons as well! They will be on my next order when I return, and come May 5 this kit will be as well.

Then, look at these beautiful cards!!!! These were shown on one of the May-August catalog pages, and I was excited to see they will be coming in a couple of weeks. I believe one of Stampin’ Up!’s design strengths is the stunning watercolor landscapes they’ve created over the past several years, so I believe these will be right up that alley as well. These card are perfect for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and any graduation – they could have marketed the kit as Moms, Dads, and Grads!
Final Thoughts….
We are heading to Destin today, and my Kindle is loaded, my sun screen is packed, and I’m ready for several days of down time. I’m allowing myself no more than 1 hour total to work on business things, such as emails, checking the Inventory Status Report, and my posts here and on Facebook. We have friends coming to share the week with us, and the hardest decision I want to make is to “choose where we are eating”. I’ll be back tomorrow to share cards from one of my Accountability friends as well. Here’s hoping you have a great day doing whatever makes you happy. Keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!
